Andrew Green, Attorney, CPA, CVA
Andrew joined Cassady Schiller in 2016 as Director of the firm’s Litigation Consulting Group. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew has practiced law as a trial attorney in Ohio and Kentucky as well as over a decade providing expert testimony on economic damages and business valuation issues. Earlier in his career, Andrew initially served as a law clerk to Judge Henry R. Wilhoit, Jr., United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky. Thereafter, he worked for Frost Brown Todd in both its Lexington, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio offices.
During his career, Andrew has had the unique experience of working both as a trial attorney and as an expert witness involving economic damage issues as well as business valuations. He has worked directly with legal counsel in numerous matters ranging from contract disputes to acting as or on behalf of the receiver for several insolvent institutions taken over by the FDIC and/or SIPC. In addition, Andrew has worked with tax attorneys to assist with client estate planning needs, including business valuations.
Andrew graduated from Thomas More College with a double major in Accounting/Economics and a minor in English (cum laude). After working two years following his undergraduate studies, he attended law school at the University of Kentucky where he earned his Juris Doctorate (cum laude).
Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant (Ohio and Kentucky) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio.
